What is Boxing Aerobics?
This is a circuit combining upper and lower body work. All participants are provided with boxing gloves and glove liners (for hygiene purposes). Participants move from one activity to another motivated by great music. Activities include punching little bags, big bags, speed balls plus abdominal, strength and cardiovascular activities. This class is a great all over body workout and yet fun to do.

Who would benefit from Boxing Class?
You would benefit from this class if you:

  • want a class that you don't need to coordinate with choreography
  • need to lose weight and tone up
  • need to relieve stress
  • want to increase general fitness
  • need a change from regular types of exercise
  • like punching boxing bags, using speed balls or floor-to-ceiling
