What is Aquarobics?
Exercise in the water to music is done during the summer months at the Green Apple. The benefits of Aquarobics are many. Aquarobics can be done by any age group and you do not have to be able to swim! Painful joints are protected in the water and can be worked through a full range of movement.

Aquarobics can also be used by runners, cyclists and other sports people to give their body a different challenge.

Who would benefit from Aquarobics?
You would benefit from Aquarobics if you:

  • have biomechanical problems that are aggravated by weight bearing exercise
  • want to lose weight
  • want to increase your fitness level
  • are overweight
  • enjoy exercise in the water
  • wish to start some exercise and are not sure where to start
