Enduro is a high intensity class held once every two weeks on a Wednesday night.

Who would benefit from Enduro?
You would benefit from this class if you:

  • want to increase your fitness and already have a reasonable fitness base
  • like a challenging workout
  • prefer less choreography in your aerobic class.
