Fitball.

What is Fitball?
Each person in this class will use a giant ball to strengthen muscles and do non-impact cardiovascular work. The distinguishing feature of this class is the wonderful trunk stabilization (ie. better abdominal control and back support) which can be achieved with so little effort.

Who would benefit from Fitball?
You would benefit from this class if you:

  • need a low impact form of aerobics
  • have pelvic floor discomfort in other aerobic classes
  • wish to strengthen your postural muscles
  • want to lose weight
  • enjoy exercise in a group situation
  • want to do something different
