Class descriptive “Express” means the class is 30 minutes in duration.
* Alternating Weeks

Aquarobics Water aerobics to music (all welcome).
Boxing Low impact, no choreography class using weights. Good for bone strengthening.
Gentle Aerobics Class for over 50's with little or no aerobic class experience — fun, fun, fun!
Step A class which uses stepping up for overload rather than fast tempo music.
Urban Rebounding A fun, easy and safe workout for all ages and fitness levels.

Forever Active Strength Circuit           Is a supervised srength circuit class which is suitable for kids through to seniors
Forever Active Power Half Hour Is a supervised cardiovascular and strength circuit class which is great for someone looking for a high intensity fun workout
