Class descriptive “Express” means the class is 30 minutes in duration.

Low impact, no choreography class using weights. Good for bone strengthening. |
| Gentle Aerobics |
Class for over 50's with little or no aerobic class experience — fun, fun, fun! |
| Step |
A class which uses stepping up for overload rather than fast tempo music. |
| Urban Rebounding |
A fun, easy and safe workout for all ages and fitness levels. |
| Forever Active Strength Circuit |
Is a supervised srength circuit class which is suitable for kids through to seniors |
| Forever Active Power Half Hour |
Is a supervised cardiovascular and strength circuit class which is great for someone looking for a high intensity fun workout |
