Gentle Aerobics.
What is Gentle Aerobics?
To qualify to attend gentle aerobics you must be 50 years and over. This class has been designed to challenge both the mind and body of Seniors in a fun and happy, social atmosphere. Balance and coordination activities in this class help you cope with daily tasks and keep you nimble on your feet.
You will benefit from this class if you are over 50 and you:
- need to improve your balance and co-ordination
- enjoy contact with other like minded people
- need to lose weight
- want to improve your memory
- want to increase your fitness
- want to stay as independent as possible
Before the Gentle Aerobics join your class mates in a cuppa in the recreation room.
