What are the Green Apple Walks?
The Green Apple Walks is a free, fully supervised activity supported by the Heart Foundation and is held around the local streets of the Green Apple. Phoebe Bretherton is your walk facilitator who is also there to help you with a warm up and a cool down.

Who would benefit from the Green Apple Walks programme?
You would benefit from the Green Apple Walks if you:

When are the Walks held?
Tuesday 5.30am (45min), Wednesday 6:30am (45min)
Saturday 5.30am (non supervised)
How do I get started?
Phone the Green Apple on 3261 1249 to book yourself in to one of the walk times. Arrive 10 minutes before the walk is due to commence to fill in a short questionnaire regarding health details and then get started walking.
