Step Reebok is a low impact, calorie burning workout which can be enjoyed by anyone 5 years to 75 years. All participants in the class have their own Step to work on and the height of the Step is adjustable. The low impact nature of Step makes it a suitable activity for those who suffer bladder incontinence, back problems or neck problems, regardless of fitness level.
