Kai-Bo Dynamic shadow kick boxing and punching in an aerobic format.
Pilates A controlled class which strengthens and lengthens muscles.
Stretch Class A muscle balancing class, to help postural alignment, back pain, joint pain.
Urban Rebounding A fun, easy and safe workout for all ages and fitness levels.

Forever Active Strength Circuit            Is a supervised srength circuit class which is suitable for kids through to seniors
Forever Active Power Half Hour Is a supervised cardiovascular and strength circuit class which is great for someone looking for a high intensity fun workout
