Class descriptive “Express” means the class is 30 minutes in duration.

Aquarobics    Water aerobics to music (all welcome).
Aerobics Suitable for all levels of fitness, once you have developed skills (see “Easybeat class”).
Bodysculpt Low impact, no choreography class using weights. Good for bone strengthening.
Boxing This class is a great workout combining upper and lower body work.
Fitball Dynamic fitness, strengthening and stabilizing class using a giant ball.
Pilates A controlled class which strengthens and lengthens muscles.
Step A class which uses stepping up for overload rather than fast tempo music. Easy to follow.
