Young Adults Weights Class.
What is the Young Adults Weights programme?
The Young Adults Weights Class is a 6 week course which is held four times a year in conjunction with the school term. Participants of this class are given one of the four programmes (depending upon their experience) and complete their programme under supervision by an instructor.
The programmes are progressive and are designed so that in the first 3 weeks participants learn the techniques required to perform the exercises correctly and then in the following three weeks they work towards increasing weights gradually.

* Note: People in this age group who have special needs will need to be assessed first and we may advise a different start point.
