The objective of these workshops is to provide the general community with access to the Green Apple educational services to expand their understanding of the role of tailored physical activity in managing multiple conditions.


To enable Green Apple clientele access to extra services to help increase their knowledge and understanding of other aspects of certain conditions and gain maximum benefit from their journey within the Green Apple.


Osteoporosis & Sarcopenia

Purpose: To provide theoretical education about the conditions of osteoporosis and sarcopenia and to teach practical application of exercise to reduce risk or help maintain bone density and muscle mass.

  • 3 Week Course
  • 2 Theory & 1 Practical Sessions, May the 12th, 19th and the 26th

Secret Women’s Business

Purpose: To provide theoretical education about the muscles in the pelvic floor and their importance, how to look after them and practical exercise application to help build or maintain pelvic floor integrity.

  • 2 Week Course with 1 follow up session 6 weeks after
  • Theory & Practical Sessions, September the 15th, 22nd and the 29th
  • Total cost $33  

Body Awareness and Muscular Relaxation

Purpose: To provide theoretical education of the types of soft tissue in the body, how they work and what effect stress has on them with practical application of different breathing techniques and progressive muscular relaxation technique.

How to fight Depression & Anxiety

Purpose: To provide theoretical education on what anxiety and depression are and how exercise can help manage symptoms as well as practical application of exercises.
