The Weekly Bite – Monday 29 July, 2024 —Issue 2577

Hi All

Thank you to all of you who supported the efforts made by Nathan and Suzzy to bring the Pilates Reformer to life during the Launch of The Pilates Studio in the Honey House building.

Your reactions were interesting and the comments shared with me from one Green Apple Team member (who tried it for the first time) reflected opinions expressed by many of you. She said, “I only did a few repetitions of three exercises and I could really feel how my body was reacting to it, and how much my core switched on!”

If you are interested in having a session with Nathan please book in for a one-hour appointment (usual PT fee applies) to see if it suits you. Once you have had this Orientation session you will have three options,

  1. Ask if you can join a “Group session of three people” to continue under supervision at a reduced fee
  2. Continue with 1-on-1 sessions with Nathan at his usual hourly fee, or
  3. Purchase a 10 session card for $70 so you can book the Reformer for 50 minutes to come in and do your set program “solo”.

I want to thank Nathan and Suzzy for all the hard work they have done to bring the Studio program to fruition. Suzzy has been able to create the framework all staff will work to, and once everyone is au fait with what is going on, you should be able to ask any of us about this exciting new service.

I am sad to say that Suzzy is leaving us for a new position. Suzzy tells me she has always wanted to work with children and she has been given an opportunity to move into this field with other Allied Health providers. She has loved being here at Green Apple and feels we have all, members and staff alike, taught her so much in the 10 months she has been with us. Suzzy is a very special girl and we wish her the best professional journey.

Cheers
