We offer everything from diabetes educators to dietitians, physiotherapists, and clinical therapists.

At our centre, the remedial massage treatments aren’t just used for relaxation but work with your exercise activities to achieve your fitness goals. Remedial massage is well-accepted as an effective method of treating muscular, nerve, fascia and joint pain.

Our exercise physiologists recognise the critical role that remedial massage plays in repairing and balancing soft tissue. If unnecessary stress on joints can be reduced through massage, then you can get far more out of your exercise routines (however big or small).

If you are looking at specific fitness activities, then we can cater to your specific needs. We have everything from personal training to Power-Plate, Aerobics, Step and Stretch class, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, TRX and Aquarobics.

We have a variety of programs and courses that support these balanced developments, most notably the Healthy Eating and Active Lifestyle (HEAL) course.

HEAL works with a diversity of people with a variety of goals, whether it’s weight loss or gain, increasing energy, reforming poor eating habits or yo-yo dieting. Over eight sessions, our experts cover goal setting, your metabolism, fibre and water, calcium, alcohol and sodium intakes, carbohydrates, fat, and protein and iron.

We’re all about providing you with knowledge for a healthy diet. 

Our other programs include the Healthy Weight Challenge, Steady Steps, Heartmoves, Lungs in Actions, and Stronger for Longer.

If you’ve gone to a gym before and felt uncomfortable because of pre-existing health conditions or injuries, then please be sure that we’re completely accommodating of that.

Our accredited exercise physiologists and personal trainers work with you on your concerns but also ensure none of your activities are placing you at risk. While some gyms may say they can work around your injuries, we’re also dedicated to ensuring you don’t develop new ones. 

If you are looking at weight loss, we do offer the Healthy Weight Challenge which is about providing you with the nutritional information and food knowledge to follow your weight goals.

Through our challenge, we investigate a range of topics including portion sizes, emotional eating, exercise for weight loss and diet myths.

Our website might make you think we cater purely for seniors, but our main target audience is those who don’t consider themselves the hard-core gym type.
