TRX is a relatively new category of exercise for people of all abilities and fitness levels using leverage of your own body weight and gravity to develop your strength, agility, balance and flexibility.

The transition from the Beginners Level to the Advanced Level is by making changes to body position; for more a more advanced TRX workout, the body is started in a more challenging position at the beginning of the exercise.
