Accredited Practising Dietitian Accredited Nutritionists
Accredited Practising Dietitians are university qualified allied health professionals who provide nutrition education and support to patients for weight and chronic disease management (particularly Type 2 Diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidaemia), eating disorders, food intolerances and more.
Our Green Apple Dietitians from Fresh Perspective Nutrition and Dietetics offer lengthy consultation times to allow a thorough assessment of the client’s health and nutrition needs. They enjoy working closely with clients to make progressive steps towards a dietary pattern that works for them as an individual.
Often, self-monitoring of food and lifestyle behaviours is an important aspect of treatment and developing strategies and being given appropriate resources enable clients to achieve excellent outcomes. And having access to other services, including exercise physiologists, helps support overall lifestyle changes.
