Hello everyone
It is with relief and pleasure that I can tell you we can open as usual on Tuesday March 11.
It has been shades of our closure for COVID here for the past few days and we finally have power back on and a big clean up happening.
Brian and John are working hard on various things that needed attention. Exercise Physiologist Ben has called in to check out the phone systems and the computers, tablets and other devices that have become so important in our day-to-day work and tells me everything is ready to roll in that department.
We have had to postpone so many appointments and also the Secret Woman’s Business workshop so if you are enrolled for that it will be a matter of checking up on the rescheduled date.
We hope the pool will be warm enough to use for Aqua. It is ironical that this is the week the new Heat Pump, the 40 Solar panels, the Inverter and the storage Battery are all to be installed! It has taken a fair amount of planning. Had installation happened two weeks ago we may have had a very different situation and outcome!
If you checked our website for opening hours you would have seen “open” rather than closed from Thursday to Monday. Apologies all. We made changes to so many things and have had lots of calls and messages left for people to ensure we let anyone with pending appointments know what’s happening, however addressing the website was one area we missed totally.
The phones have all been directed to my mobile at present and that is my primary job today, answering calls and writing emails and texts. Feel free to call me if you want contact with us here before tomorrow
