The Weekly Bite – August 17 2018 – Issue 2290

Hi All

September is a busy month for workshops, courses and assessments plus one of our Exercise Right luncheons. We gazette these activities in the newsletter, on the display boards in Reception and on the website so keep an eye out for something that interests you. We provide these opportunities because it helps in the health journey we are all making, and boy, don’t we need help to stay on the straight and narrow sometimes! 

Staff member Joyce Gaskings , our superhero Yoga teacher and wonderful, caring team member on so many levels, is VERY sad to have to leave us all at the end of September. Joyce has had to make a very hard life decision to relocate over 100 kilometres away from Green Apple. Joyce will leave her Yoga class in good hands however she wants you all to know how much she has really loved being here with us all. We are telling you this now so that Joyce has time to say proper “goodbyes”.
