The Weekly Bite – Monday 12 October, 2026 —Issue 2690

Hello to all Green Apples,

More members have been taking advantage of the “free” inclusion of the Pilates Studio to do Pilates Reformer work as part of their program.

If you are interested in starting a Pilates Reformer program, or adding a few Pilates Reformer exercises to your program, all you need to do is see Reception to book in a time for a coaching session with Emma, it is recommended that if you are brand new to Reformer Pilates, that you book in an hour session, however if you don’t have the time for a full one hour session, you can also book in for two half hour coaching sessions.

You may require another coaching session, depending on your technique and how well you feel you are picking up the Reformer exercises.

Emma is available Wednesday-Friday during the week for any Pilates Reformer coaching sessions, Emma has also put together a Photographic instructional booklet for beginner exercises that will be on hand in the Reformer room for anyone who is new to the exercises and needs a little guidance.

Keep up all the good work, we notice it and were right behind you cheering,

Kristen 🙂
