The Weekly Bite – Monday 14 September, 2026 —Issue 2686

Hi All,

I would like to share the letter below from Exercise Physiologist, Emma:

Dear Members,

Reformer Pilates is now included in your Green Apple Wellness Gym membership!

We’re excited to introduce Reformer Pilates as part of your membership at Green Apple Wellness Gym. Reformer Pilates is a fantastic way to build strength, improve balance and coordination, increase flexibility and support your overall mobility. The reformer can be adjusted to suit your individual needs, providing the right level of support and resistance as you build strength and confidence.

Reformer Pilates is also a great way to develop core strength and stability. A strong core helps support your spine and provides a stable foundation for everyday movements such as walking, reaching, bending, getting in and out of a chair and maintaining your balance. Combined with strengthening your arms and legs, Reformer Pilates can help you feel stronger, more stable and confident in your movement.

Ready to give it a go? To get started, book an initial consultation with me, Exercise Physiologist Emma. During our consultation, we’ll create an individualised Reformer Pilates program based on your goals, abilities and specific needs. Once your program is set up, you can incorporate Reformer Pilates into your regular routine, all included in your Green Apple Wellness membership!

Kind Regards,
Emma Brear

I am so happy to have Emma with us now so we can offer this service to more members, AND to add it to our “included in our membership services.”  Emma has a great deal of experience in this area, so book in for an hour session with her to experience what the Pilates Reformer can do for you!

Cheers
