Hello to all our Green Apples
It is always lovely to hear praise of anyone on our Staff. Every team member at Green Apple wants to do their job well and to help you in some way. It reflects the culture and philosophies of the business.
Recently, member Sheryl, came up to Reception and said enthusiastically in praise of our newest Team Member, “Raul is doing a wonderful job, he is so polite and friendly, always welcoming us into the Green Apple, he made my day. ” So many of you have commented on how hard Raul works around the place and it was great to hear how much this member actually felt about the brief interactions she has had with him.
Check out the middle column of this newsletter. The workshop which Bridie will deliver on KNEES is illuminating and I strongly recommend your attendance if you’re available at the time of day. When you understand more about your body and have guidance about what you can do to help yourself it makes a huge difference to the outcomes you can achieve.
Signage is up on the noticeboard for your name if you plan to come to the special Circuit class my sister Hilary will take on two Sundays (March 15 and March 22) before she flies back to Munich. Hilary is looking forward to touching base with many of you.
The new Aqua class at 4pm on Mondays has proven successful so I’m happy to tell you this will remain on the regular schedule.
On Tuesday, March 2, we had a guest speaker at 11 am Team Meeting time. Daniel Thompson was a key full-time member at Green Apple 20 years ago. He has been working in the field of Recruitment since that time and currently places Allied Health people into residences for older people, hence he appreciates what Green Apple is doing to keep older adults independently living and highly functional.
It was wonderful to have him with us and everyone on the Team really enjoyed Dan’s shared memories.
Cheers
